PAYMENTS, FEES AND TAXES

We accept all payments via PayPal. You can pay directly with your Paypal account. Also you can choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase and make payment with your credit card. In this case you do not need to have a PayPal account.

Please note, that for orders with delivery within the European Union there are no additional taxes or duties to pay.
For orders from countries outside the EU you may have to pay import fees and tax on arrival. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All items are send out in 1-2 business days after payment is received. There are two shipping possibilities in our shop:

STANDARD SHIPPING

Via regular post in cooperation with you country's official post service by registered priority airmail. Tracking number will be provided.

To EU countries items will arrive within 5-7 business days. To USA and other countries outside the European Union it will take 7-15 business days.

DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING

Via DHL Express Shipping service it will take 2-4 business days item to arrive to any country in the World. Don’t forget to write your phone number as the courier might contact you before delivery.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If you would like to return your purchased item, please contact us in 14 days after you receive it. We accept goods only in their unused condition. The item should be delivered in it’s original packaging. Please take care to secure it’s shape from bending with materials which were in packaging.

We are sorry, but we are not able to refund shipping costs. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility.
